An AI HYROX training plan built around your race date
Not a 12-week PDF. RoxBuddy builds your plan from your race date, current level and available days, then adjusts it as your training and recovery data come in.
How the plan is built
- Onboarding. You enter your race date, division, current PB or experience level, strength baselines and the days you can train.
- Season phases. The race planner works backwards from race day through Base, Build, Peak and Taper phases, with a two-week taper by default.
- Weekly sessions. Runs, station work, strength and race simulations, with paces anchored to your LT1/LT2 running thresholds.
- Daily readiness. WHOOP recovery, Apple Watch HRV, Garmin and other sources resolve into one daily readiness tier, so hard days land when you can absorb them.
Pick a coaching style
- Alex (default) — balanced endurance: 80/20 intensity split and hard/easy alternation.
- Romeo — aerobic engine builder: polarised training, compromised running every session, threshold-first periodisation.
- Mina — progressive volume: weekly long runs and 3-week load + deload cycles.
- Bud — hybrid strength: run vs station sessions, Roxzone transition drills, technique-first loading.
When life slips a week
Tell the AI coach about a new race date, an injury or a missed block and the plan is restructured around it. You can regenerate a single workout without rebuilding the week (AI training plan (3 regens/month) on Starter; unlimited on Pro, fair use).
Train it, log it
Each day has a briefing, phases, a live workout player and a completion summary with exercise photos and the next load already worked out. Completed sessions feed your training load (fitness, fatigue and form) in Pro Trends.
